Shipments that are less than a full semi-truckload and are going to a residence (a non-commercial business without a loading dock or forklift) require a lift gate which is built into the cost of shipping. Custom and special orders have longer lead times which will be communicated at the time of the order. Cashmans ships in-stock items within 1-2 business days.
